As a Product Manager for our Kubernetes Data Platform based in the USA, you will be responsible for participating in the strategy and driving the development, and adoption of our Kubernetes-based data management solutions. Leveraging your expertise in Product Management and your deep understanding of big data use cases and data platforms, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products that meet the evolving needs of our customers in the global market. This role requires a solid understanding of Kubernetes, data management principles, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.

As a Product Manager you will...

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our CDP Private Cloud Data Services in the USA market, aligning with business objectives and customer requirements.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the global market, particularly focusing on big data use cases and data platform requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, define requirements, and drive product development, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.

  • Work in tandem with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and customer satisfaction, particularly focusing on addressing big data challenges and use cases.

  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback from the USA market, incorporating insights into product planning and development cycles, with a focus on enhancing the Kubernetes Data Platform to meet big data use cases and data platform requirements.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the Kubernetes Data Platform in the global market, particularly focusing on its effectiveness in addressing big data challenges and use cases.

  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Kubernetes, big data, and data platforms in the global market, leveraging insights to continuously improve the Kubernetes Data Platform.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Kubernetes and data platform solutions, providing guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners, particularly addressing big data challenges and use cases.

  • Drive continuous improvement through iteration and optimization of the product based on feedback, data analysis, and market insights, focusing on enhancing its capabilities for big data use cases and data platform requirements.

  • Serve as an ambassador for the Kubernetes Data Platform in the USA market, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, with a focus on promoting its effectiveness in addressing big data challenges and use cases.

We are excited about you if you have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Master Degree in Business Administration.

  • 3 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong understanding of big data use cases and data platforms.

  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture, containerization, orchestration, and related technologies (e.g., Docker, Helm).

  • Experience working with big data technologies and platforms like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
